Our client needed to modernize the Agent experience by adopting intelligent and emerging technologies while ensuring business continuity and strong security. To support this transformation, the client required impact and risk analyses, system and product security assessments, evaluation of access protection solutions, and a clear understanding of the maturity of security processes across its international data networks.
